Q.) Why Would We Offer This?

Q.) How Does This Help You?

This means if you are out shopping for a new home, when you see a home that you like, you can immediately place an offer on it. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with our customer service or marketing efforts, then you can cancel the listing if we don’t fix the issue at hand within 24 hours. No matter what happens, you know the absolute bottom line you will get for rent.

Q.) Do I Have To Do The Rent Guarantee Program? 

This program may not fit all homes. If you elect not to get involved in the “Rent Guarantee” program, we will still implement our complete marketing plan to lease your home to the right tenant in the shortest amount of time.

Q.) What Is My Rent Guarantee Price? 

Once we complete a thorough examination of your home we will perform a detailed market analysis and lay the entire pricing structure / suggestion out BEFORE we start marketing your home. You will then have an opportunity to hire us to lease and manage your property.

Q.) How Much Is My Home worth in Today’s Market?

Q.) What is the Eviction Guarantee?

The Eviction Guarantee is executed when the owner approves the Hi Pacific PM recommendation for a tenant that passes the minimum credit score of 650 and has had at least 1 past landlord recommendation to rerent to them. Preferably 2 past landlords. The owner is welcome to proceed with any tenants at their will. If the tenants DO NOT pass our recommendations then the owner is welcome to proceed without our Eviction Guarantee.
